Who pays for the renovation costs upfront? Under the Flip Partners model, we fund and manage the renovation, so there's no upfront cost to you as the property owner. The investment is recovered from the sale proceeds, with profit then split between us. The specifics are worked out per property, based on scope of work and expected sale value.
How is the 50/50 profit split calculated? In general terms, the split is calculated on the profit made above the property's starting value and our renovation investment, once the property sells. The exact figures depend on the individual property, the renovation scope, and the eventual sale price, so we work this out transparently with you on a case-by-case basis before any work begins.
